Admission Requirements

Before being admitted to our doctoral programs, students must meet the following prerequisites:

  1. Previous Master’s Degree or Equivalent
    Applicants must have completed a Master’s degree or its equivalent, demonstrating academic preparation for advanced study.

  2. Previous Training in Research Methodology, Statistical Analysis, and Academic Writing/Publication
    Applicants should have a background in research methodology, statistical analysis, and the ability to write and publish academic papers.

  3. English Language Proficiency (for students pursuing their doctorate in a language other than English)
    Intermediate-advanced level of English language proficiency is required.

For students who do not meet the requirements of admission criteria 2 or 3, the following courses will be available during their first year of doctoral studies:

  • Research Methods I (First semester; 3 credits)

  • Research Methods II (Second semester; 3 credits)

  • Scientific Writing and Publication (Third semester; 3 credits)

  • Statistical Analysis I (First semester; 3 credits)

  • Statistical Analysis II (Second semester; 3 credits)

  • Statistical Analysis III (Third semester; 3 credits)

  • Academic English I (First semester; 3 credits)

  • Academic English II (Second semester; 3 credits)

  • Academic English III (Third semester; 3 credits)
